Staff members must wear laboratory clothes, sterile clothing, hats, shoes, masks to enter the sterile room and strictly enforce the safe operating procedures. Anynon-laboratory personnel shall not enter the laboratory.
Laboratory items should be placed neatly, and the reagents should be regularly checked with a clear label and regular inspection, maintenance, repair.
Laboratory equipment and consumables should be used with relevant records. Operating procedures should be strictly in accordance with the instrument operating instructions.
The use of precious equipment and damage should be filled; drugs, equipment, strains are not allowed to transfer or take away from the laboratorywithout permission.
Smoking, eating, guest, noisy are prohibited and personal belongingsshould not brought toour lab.Before leaving,carefully check the water and electricity. Toxic, harmful, flammable, contaminated, corrosive items and waste should be handled according to requirements.
Once problems emerged, should immediately report. Person causing the spread of pathogens and other accidents should take responsibility.
Security
Anyone into the laboratory must wear work clothes, hats, shoes. Shorts, sandals are prohibited.
In the process of high-pressure, drying, disinfection and other work, the staff shall not leave the scene, and should carefully observe temperature, time and other conditions.
According to aseptic operation, no direct use of drugs and bacteria from the mouth.If pathogens spilling, it should be immediately disinfected with an effective measurement and leave with safe treatment.
Once completing work, washhands with antibacterial sanitizer. Work clothes should always be kept clean, if necessary, using high pressure disinfection.
After the experiment, clean up the scene and the experimental apparatus immediately, carry on the disinfection and sterilization treatment to the contaminating items.
Carefully check the water, electricity and equipment daily, especially before and after the holiday.Close the doors and windows before leaving.
Sanitation
Laboratory should always be kept clean, especially the sterile room. Clean uptable and other surfaces and wipe with a disinfectant daily, to prevent pollution.
Personal items and equipmentLaboratory should not be stored in the laboratory and place instruments a reasonable and fixed location.
No throwing litter and other debris. Waste should be dropped in a fixed liquid cylinder and timely treated.
Laboratory layout should be reasonable and have excellent lighting conditions, temperature and humidity control conditions and good ventilation conditions. Sterile room should include the preparation room; Air testin buffer room and sterile room, aseptic indoor should be basically aseptic.
The table should be free of leakage. The walls and floors should be smooth and easy to clean.
Use the laboratory as a conference room or other recreational activities and learning places is prohibited.
